This notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Notice, which describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by certain state privacy laws.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
As may be required under applicable local law, the chart below provides the categories of Personal Data that we: (1) collect and have collected in the preceding 12 months; and (2) disclose for a business purpose and have disclosed for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As described in Personal Data We Collect and How We Use Personal Data sections of our Privacy Notice, we may use or disclose the Personal Data we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information.
- To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Services.
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
- To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
- To personalize your experience and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including offers and ads through our Services, third-party sites, and via email (with your consent, where required by law).
- To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Services, databases and other technology assets, and business.
- For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Services.
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
- As described to you when collecting Your personal information or as otherwise set forth in applicable law.
- To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred.
If we collect Personal Data considered sensitive under applicable law, we use or disclose your sensitive Personal Data only for permitted purposes under the law. We do not collect or process sensitive Personal Data with the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
As described in the Retention of Personal Data section in our Privacy Notice, we may retain your Personal Data for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and as outlined in our Privacy Notice, depending on the length of our relationship with you and the Services your request and whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject.
3. DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
As described in the How We Disclose Personal Data section of our Privacy Notice, we may disclose your Personal Data for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
We disclose your Personal Data with the following categories of entities:
- Our affiliates
- Channel Partners
- Service providers (including payment processors and partners)
- Analytics Providers
- Ad servers
In the preceding twelve (12) months, We have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose to the categories of third parties listed above:

- Internet or other similar network activity
- Geolocation data
- Professional or employment-related information
When you use our Services, our authorized partners may use cookies and similar technology to collect your Personal Data for their own purposes, including for advertising or marketing. This activity may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” as those terms are defined under applicable state law. You can make choices to allow or prevent such uses (see the section below on your rights and choices). Depending on your choices, during the past twelve months, we may have “sold” or “shared” identifiers to data analytics providers and advertising partners. 4. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
In addition to the rights and choices described in the Your Rights & Choices Regarding Your Personal Data section of our Privacy Notice, you may have the right to opt out of activities considered “sales,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” as those terms are defined under applicable law. To exercise your opt-out rights, you can [click on the "Your Privacy Rights" link in the footer of the website (or a similarly named link at the bottom of the website) and toggle the opt-out.]. If you have set your browser’s global privacy settings, then we recognize the global privacy settings from your browser to signal your choice to opt-out.
You have also the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights. Unless permitted under applicable law, we will not:
- Deny You goods or services.
- Charge You different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide You a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that You may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer certain financial incentives that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any financial incentive permitted under applicable law that we offer will reasonably relate to your Personal Data’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program may require your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
If you are a California resident who is under age 18 and you are unable to remove publicly available content that you have submitted to us, you may also request removal by contacting us at the address specified below in the “Questions or Complaints Handling” section of this Privacy Notice. When requesting removal, you must be specific about the information you want removed and provide us with specific information, such as the URL for each page where the information is located, so that we can find it. We are not required to remove any content or information that: (1) federal or state law requires us or a third party to maintain; (2) was not posted by you; (3) is anonymized so that you cannot be identified; (4) you don’t follow our instructions for removing or requesting removal; or (5) you received compensation or other consideration for providing the content or information. REMOVAL OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION FROM THE SITE DOES NOT ENSURE COMPLETE OR COMPREHENSIVE REMOVAL OF THAT CONTENT OR INFORMATION FROM OUR SYSTEMS OR THE SYSTEMS OF OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS. We are not required to delete the content or information posted by you; our obligations under California law are satisfied so long as we anonymize the content or information or render it invisible to other users and the public.
