Minitab understands the FERPA obligations associated with any education records received from or on behalf of students that may use Minitab products and services.
For FERPA data that is created, hosted, maintained, stored, processed, received, accessed, or controlled by a Minitab product or service, Minitab will comply with appropriate obligations that FERPA imposes on a "School Official" to the extent applicable to the specific products and services used.
Ultimately, the customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal obligations and determining that the Minitab products and services meet its compliance needs.
